The house is just near to the Wanstead Park train station, & 5 minutes walk from
Forest Gate train station (Zone3). Whith good travelling time Stratford tube & train & bus station & centre (Zone3) is just 15 minutes from the house. Form
Forest Gate, & also from Stratford you can have
very good public transports to
the city & also to the east area of London.

The minimum term to live in the house is 3 months, if you like to rent a double room alone its cost 85-90 ponds for a week or for 2 people 95-100 ponds. unfortunately even we like to help very much to the young people who’s are girlfriend & boyfriend we cant do it because it is a Christian house. If you are registered to be married or you are married or you are family brother & sister or you are a single nice person or you are friends, you are very welcome. The room share is 45-50 ponds for a week in the house with the same options.

If you like to rent a place in the house normally we ask from you 2 weeks deposit & 1 week rent or if you like to pay monthly 2 weeks deposit & one month rent. Please make sure if you decide to live in the house you pay always on time otherwise we have to charge from you after each 3. days extra 5 ponds for your rent until your next payment or your balance become the normal level. If you have delay with your payment from healt or other socila problems please let me know and don't wait until the paying time. Thank you. if you are a definitely nice Christian person but you don’t have enough money lat say you have all ready the most, contact me & we will sort it out how can you get in to the house. For example you can not pay two weeks deposit just one just call me & we see what we can do for you. If you give two weeks notice time before you like to move with sure date and ideally you keep pay the rent until the last day and you didn’t made damage in nothing in the room you receive back your deposit on the last day when you move from the house. For case, if at the time it will be difficult for you to save your money for your next rent with the whole deposit we can have a cheat before you move from the house and when you give the notice you can have back one week for to help you to keep going on or we can range how can we support you in the main time until you get in to your next place. That’s not problem. We are flexible & try to do every think correctly and properly as possibly on the positive way.

We have cleaning service in the house. In the rent what you pay all bills include but you have to calculate extra 2 ponds each week for each person in the house for the cleaning service. Its mean you clean your room, & I keep clean the public places in the house for the moment. So don't for get its cost 2 pond for you, for each person in the house.

We have fast internet acces & television licence in the house.

The house is 5 minutes walk from Forest Gate train station, & about 15-25 minutes traveling time from Stratford. If you chose the travelling time program you canbe there from 15 minutes. So when you left the door of the house 25 minutes later you'll be definitely in Stratford station by the oyster touch machines but you can be there from 15 minutes as well it's depend what time you like to traveling at the day or at the night.

The post code of the house is E7 0JH on the www.streetmap.co.uk you can see where is it or with the www.tfl.gov.uk you can find out easily if you type in the post code for the direction how to get here with underground train or bus from where you work or you do you’re usually occupation.

For case,

From Stratford station you come from platform 8 with the train two stops direction to Shenfield. Please make sure you take the slowly train, the slowly one has blue chairs. You can come from Stratford also with bus 86 or 25. If you ask the driver to call you by wood range road stop, from that bus stop you can walk to Forest Gate station too.

The faster & easer way is to come with the train.

Please make sure! When you come with the train, you not use pay as you go on your oyster card. You need to have your weekly top up, or day ticket, or one way ticket.

If you top up your oyster weekly, you can use the train.
